At 5 inches, this screen is huge. Some may think this is too big to carry, but Dell made sure it could fit in a shirt pocket for easy transport. When it comes to touch screens, bigger is often better, as it makes it easier to type things and improves “click” accuracy. Apple will certainly consider this phone to be a “Hummer”, based on comments made at a recent press conference. Jobs thinks nobody will buy a large phone. Considering how quickly the Droid X sold out, I don’t think Dell will have any problem selling this device. This is definitely something worth checking out. If you can get it ahead of the crowd and get a virtually free headset to go with it, there’s all the more reason to sign up for the email alert.
